Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.
We often hear reports from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry
but
small and medium-sized enterprises do not need to worry about this future.
Just as you have been doing,
we believe there will be no problem
.
Thanks to the development and widespread adoption of PCs and other IT devices,
the number of people capable of using IT on a computer continues to grow exponentially.
Furthermore, even among non-experts,
are generally improving year by year.
We live in an era where you no longer need to be an expert to handle IT.
Even at your company, even if you don’t employ an in-house IT specialist,
isn’t the number of employees who can “at least record and summarize data using Excel”
not increasing year by year?
If you compare the situation now with that of 20 years ago, this should be self-evident.
If you fill positions for tasks that even non-experts can handle
filling those roles with “IT personnel”—that is, in-house IT engineers—
it will only drive up costs.
That's all, Thank you for reading.
