We are "marketing.plan.k," a research group dedicated to management and IT technology for small and medium-sized businesses in Japan.
Supported by members across the country, we have been active for over a decade.

Our Culture

Every SE must first be a true Microsoft Office Access professional

We specialize in the maintenance of Access systems.
If the SE assigned to a client's system is unable to address their concerns, the work simply cannot proceed.
We entrust maintenance responsibilities only to seasoned SEs who are committed to continuous effort
and capable of delivering results that stand up against any IT vendor in the industry.


Second, the ability to communicate in a friendly and easy-to-understand way

We take great care to always express ourselves in terms that are easy to understand.
In practice, this means one thing: replacing technical jargon with everyday language and presenting proposals in plain, accessible terms.
Translating specialized expertise into broadly understandable language is an important part of our work.
This effort also has the effect of reducing the time needed to build mutual understanding with our clients.


Hackers — in the best sense of the word

We approach each client's challenges as hackers.
※The word "hacker" is not inherently negative — it shares the same meaning as the "hack" in "life hack."
