Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.
Suppose you instruct an employee to improve their work processes.
What does that employee need to improve their work?
It is not a new system, AI, or OCR.
First and foremost, they need to understand the concept of reproducibility.
When applied to process improvement, the concept of reproducibility looks like this:
・Is it a system that produces the same results regardless of who performs the task or when it is performed?
・Is it a system that produces the same lessons learned regardless of who makes a mistake or when it happens?
・Is it a system that generates the same information sharing regardless of who achieves success or when?
Since humans are not machines, there is significant variation in their characteristics,
and since skills vary greatly depending on each person’s background,
it is impossible to create a manual with perfect reproducibility.
the concept of reproducibility is essential for operational improvement,
so it would be wise
would be unwise.
That's all, Thank you for reading.
