Business System Consultation Center - Our Business System ColumnVol.92 2019.07.01 Takahashi Minoru

In the end, whether a system is good or bad depends on the people

Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.

Even with design and programming skills,
even you have excellent ideas,
even you have high-speed internet,
and even with cutting-edge hardware,
it is ultimately "people" who build the system.

Whether on the client side or the production side,
if people who are poor at communication are involved,
the end result is inevitably a shoddy product—
—that is the challenge of systems, and it is also where we get to show off our skills.

When we talk about systems, we’re referring to “calculations,” “records,” and “searches and aggregations”—
—that is, the input/output logic and its stability and consistency—
—that is, the functional aspects (and price)—but
but if you’re considering switching system vendors simply because
is, in our view,
is, in our view, an entirely reasonable decision.

A CEO’s gut instinct is always right.

That's all, Thank you for reading.
