Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.
When we receive a request for a system proposal, in most cases
our presentation of a proposal and quotation
is the goal of our response.
However, our purpose in explaining the contents of the proposal and quote
is not to secure an order for the system from the company president.
In other words, a system proposal and quotation are essentially a "design confirmation document."
・What features
・What items
・What kind of output
・Applicable conditions and exclusions
・Costs (one-time setup fee, monthly recurring fees)
・Future proposal strategy (if applicable)
“As outlined above, we have designed everything from functionality to pricing.”
“Is this correct? (Is there anything missing or excessive?)”
“Will this actually work?”
The system proposal and quote are intended to address these questions.
While we’re happy to receive a stamp of approval with a simple “Okay, okay,”
"but ultimately, we are outsiders,
and we simply do not understand the company’s operational circumstances as well as the president, employees, or business partners do.”
.
To minimize any setbacks and ensure the system’s success,
we would appreciate it if you could review the design specifications once more.
That's all, Thank you for reading.
