Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.
When visiting client companies,
・Efficiency (reducing overtime, shortening response times)
・Visualization (the ability to print a single A4 sheet showing who is spending how many hours on what, broken down by month or order)
and other system improvements or new system implementations,
I often have the opportunity to conduct surveys with employees.
During these interactions—though not every time—
・"That’s impossible"
・We have established practices, and we cannot ask our business partners for cooperation
• It will actually make things less efficient
—in other words, we sometimes receive these so-called “voices of concern.”
In most cases, the root cause lies in “minor resistance from individual employees.”
・"I prefer things to stay the same; I don’t want to try anything new"
・We want to maintain a cozy, informal relationship with our business partners
・We want to keep turning a blind eye to the company’s management philosophy
• We don’t want our slacking off (or “living overtime”) to show up in the numbers
If the president so desires, we will resolutely combat the above forms of sabotage.
And we are committed to finding a middle ground between labor and management and reaching a compromise.
Let’s work hard together.
That's all, Thank you for reading.
