Business System Consultation Center - Our Business System ColumnVol.120 2021.11.01 Takahashi Minoru

The government demands IT investment of 0.1% or more of revenue

Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.

Please ask one of the younger staff members in your company
to set up a "dual monitor" computer environment.
While it may not always be easy due to hardware requirements,
if you can set it up successfully, the results are outstanding.

A dual-monitor setup
means “having two monitors for a single computer.”
Simply doubling your screen space dramatically improves efficiency in office work and reduces eye strain.

The system requirements for the computer are as follows:
If your existing computer meets these requirements, there is no need to replace it.
・It must be a desktop computer
(Even if you connect a second monitor to a laptop,
the parallax between the monitors is significant, reducing the effectiveness)
・The computer must have two monitor ports
(and that they can be used simultaneously)

If your computer is too old, you’ll need additional parts,
which increases the difficulty of setting it up, but I think it’s worth a try.

If you can temporarily borrow another monitor from within the company, you can try it out without spending any money, so
so just give it a shot—you’ve got nothing to lose.

That's all, Thank you for reading.
