Managers who are co-opted by frontline staff and lose effectiveness

Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.

Here are a few reasons why managers lose their “final say.”

When managers who have lost their influence get involved in system design,
it can be one of the causes of creating a “useless system,”
I would like to share this information to raise awareness.

Reasons Why Managers Lose Their "Final Say"
① The Presence of Difficult Clients
⇒ Employee A, who handles client relations, gains a stronger position,
and the influence of management declines in comparison

② The Presence of Difficult Frontline Employees
⇒ If there is even one employee over whom a manager cannot exert influence,
the influence of management weakens throughout the entire workplace

③ The presence of a difficult superior
⇒ Employees lose a clear standard for determining whose instructions to follow,
and the chain of command becomes chaotic

To all managers, especially those involved in building and implementing systems,
I recommend that you strive daily, with strong determination, to cultivate the ability to make decisive, authoritative decisions.

That's all, Thank you for reading.
