Systems inevitably involve rules.
Rules regarding system functionality include:
・Usage rules (authentication via ID and password, data types accessible by each user, etc.)
・Input rules (e.g., input A must be entered before input B can be performed)
・Output rules (e.g., only data for which input C has been performed can be output)
These are the main ones.


These system-level rules
directly correspond to the company’s operational rules.
Therefore, implementing and continuing to use a system

After implementing the system, when you hire new employees,
we highly recommend training them on the rules of the company’s systems.
