Business System Consultation Center - Our Business System ColumnVol.26 2013.03.01 Takahashi Minoru

If the person in charge doesn't understand the work, it's too early to systematize it

Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.

When we receive a request for a systemization proposal
and when I try to schedule a meeting,
we are often faced with the situation where
and we find ourselves unable to finalize the meeting roster.

To be honest,
such tasks are at a stage that comes “before” considering systemization,
・Designating a person in charge
• Breaking down the task details
• Identifying error-prone elements
・Elements that take a long time to complete
・Elements requiring a decision period (causing delays)
・Elements prone to frequent changes or corrections
With an understanding of these factors,
it is advisable to conduct repeated reviews and testing
It is advisable to thoroughly examine and test this question.

Since systems involve ongoing costs, careful judgment is required.

That's all, Thank you for reading.
