Thank you for your interest and continued support.

Whether developed in-house or outsourced,
for a system to get off to a smooth start
it is essential to prepare the master files in advance.
In cases where a system is built to digitize records that were previously kept only in ledgers,
, the concept mentioned above is often overlooked,
As a result, the system cannot be put into operation,
leading to a change in direction or a reversal (i.e., scrapping the system).
Currently, when considering digitizing operations that are entirely analog,
it is not a bad idea to
it’s not a bad idea to simply “implement a system” right away,
it might be worth considering, for example,
even for a while, even if it means maintaining two sets of records.
A system is a combination of functions (programs, databases) and master data.
Master data represents the accumulation of a company’s unique historical know-how,
and a system with insufficient master data
there is no way it can support tomorrow’s operations.
For example, if you compile the entries from your ledgers into Excel,
the required fields and their purposes become much clearer,
and you can be sure that fewer requirements will be overlooked when building a new system in the future.
The same applies when migrating from one system to another.
Of course, this applies to historical transaction data, but the key question is:
can be correctly converted to the new system?
We strongly recommend that you verify this.
That's all, Thank you for reading.
