Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.
The 3 Steps to Launching a System and
the qualities required of developers at each stage.
This is the expertise we possess as an IT vendor, but
even even if you are developing the system in-house with your own staff,
I believe the necessary elements remain largely the same.
We hope you find the following information helpful.
1. Narrowing Down Options
A phase in which we assess needs and requirements, make proposals, and refine plans
Start by making a rough guess; the initial proposal can be somewhat of a shot in the dark
This is where experience, intuition, and courage come into play
Negotiations and adjustments come into play, resulting in the final proposal differing from the initial one
Those making proposals must possess communication skills and sound judgment
2. Design/Programming
This phase involves devising methods to realize the proposal and implementing them through programming
This phase tests logical thinking, programming skills, and general PC knowledge
It also requires the courage to go back and redo parts of Phase 1
3. Deployment/Adjustment
The phase where the system is launched and fine-tuned
Patiently fine-tuning the details while putting the system into operation
There may be cases where you have no choice but to go back and redo part of Step 2
That's all, Thank you for reading.
