Why does UTM sometimes hinder the operation of business systems?
This can be understood from the perspective that

Viruses generally operate as follows:
① It is placed inside the computer by some means
② It executes the program
③ The results of the execution are sent to another computer, another file, or a server on the network
④ It performs internal processing automatically, without making the user aware of the existence of its source code or similar elements


As described above, even though their purposes and outcomes differ from those of business systems,
viruses can also be viewed as a group of programs belonging to a system.


No matter how high the performance of a UTM may be, it cannot grasp the specific purposes of every program that passes through it.
This is because the "purpose" ultimately lies in the emotions and intentions of the people involved.


From the perspective of a UTM that has not been trained,
business systems and viruses are essentially the same.
As a result, you end up facing the phenomenon where
