Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.
Internal business workflows, rules, corporate culture, and management philosophies
a "game of telephone" passed from management to employees and from employees to customers.
Simply put, it’s about sharing the message, “This is how we do things here,”
and that’s how everyone’s work moves forward.
Systems play a role in facilitating this “internal and external game of telephone.”
By reminding people of rules they may have forgotten or preventing work that violates those rules,
It can be seen as a tool that acts on behalf of management to convey the essence of the company to employees and customers.
.
Affordability is also an important factor when selecting a system.
It is our firm belief that, barring exceptional circumstances, expensive systems are unnecessary for most small and medium-sized enterprises
.
However, that doesn’t mean the cheaper, the better.
We recommend considering “internal and external communication gaps”—specifically, “Are the management’s intentions being conveyed effectively?”—
should also be considered an important factor in your decision-making process.
That's all, Thank you for reading.
