Business System Consultation Center - Our Business System ColumnVol.112 2021.04.01 Takahashi Minoru

Do you really need a website?

Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.

The concept of telework (remote work) has become widespread,
and the term has become commonplace,
when asked, “Is it essential to implement telework?”
our answer is “No, it’s sufficient to keep it to a minimum.”

There is only one reason for this.
It’s perhaps inevitable, or perhaps obvious,
telework inevitably leads to a drop in productivity.

Talented employees who can steadily carry out their work without anyone supervising them
have long since moved on to larger companies or started their own businesses.
Everyone loves to slack off.
Since the quality of employees varies widely, it’s hard to say this out loud, but
on average, this is simply the reality.

Those who have fully immersed themselves in remote work and reveled in the opportunity to slack off
will never climb out of that lukewarm water on their own.
It’s like soaking in a secluded hot spring where no one else dares to set foot...
That’s a bit of an exaggeration. My apologies.

That's all, Thank you for reading.
