Thank you for your interest and continued support.
This is Takahashi from the Marketing Plan Research Laboratory.
The companies that consult with us about their systems
one thing in common.
They all share the same concern:
.
There are various reasons why the technicians responsible for system maintenance may leave.
・Retirement due to old age
・Declining performance due to poor health or illness
・Termination due to a change in business operations (refusal to renew the contract)
・No successor exists, and there is no intention to find one
・Resignation or transfer
In any of these cases,
it is necessary to take immediate action.
“If my current computer breaks, that’s the end of it” (because a new system cannot be installed)
—a situation that’s no laughing matter—is something I often hear.
I’ll keep this column short and wrap it up here.
If we can be of any help, we’d be happy to assist you.
If you’re having trouble, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
That's all, Thank you for reading.
