When procuring multiple computers,
even of what specifications should be sought?
even you should look for in terms of performance?
Please refer to the following method.

① Procure just one unit with the "bare minimum, ultra-low-cost specs" (let’s call it Unit A)
② Measure and record the actual performance of Machine A (such as boot-up time and processing time)
③ Purchase one machine (let’s call it Machine B) that is “one tier above” Machine A (costing about 20,000 yen more)
④ Compare the actual performance of Machine A and Machine B numerically

Simply by following steps ① through ④, in most cases
the performance and price ranges for the computers you should procure should become clear.

One important point to note is that both Machine A and Machine B should be from the same manufacturer;
and ideally from the same product series.

Once the criteria are determined, you should procure
you can then procure the required number of computers.

Please assign the Model A used for testing to the president.

That's all, Thank you for reading.
